Coconut Serundeng

      Serundeng is a typical Indonesian food that is often used as a side dish of rice. Serundeng made from grated coconut-fried until golden brown with spices like onions, peppers, white onions, shallots, cilantro, turmeric, sugar, sour java, bay leaves, lime leaves and galangal. These spices are crushed before use.Serundeng coconut for sprinkling rice side dish.     To be more practical, I use dried coconut as ingredients.And to make it more healthy, there is no use of cooking oil at all.
Material:100 gr dry coconut3 lbr lime leaves, iris2
Spices:1-2 red chilli3 garlic1 tsp coriander1 teaspoon salt2 tsp sugar1 tablespoon dried shrimp, roasted
How to make it:Mix the dried coconut with spices and orange leaves.Then fry until cooked and quite dry.Sprinkle over the rice.Usefulness of this coconut serundeng many really, can complement any type of rice that came from Java, such as bogana rice, yellow rice .. etc.
